1. What yBoost is
yBoost is an exchange between creators. You earn coins by watching other users' videos, and you spend coins to have your own videos shown to other users. Using yBoost means agreeing to these terms.
2. Your account
You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.
3. Coins are not money
Coins are a limited licence to use a feature of yBoost. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for anything outside yBoost. We may change what coins cost and what they earn; the current rates are always shown in the app.
4. Buying coins
Coin packs are sold through Google Play, and Google's terms and refund policy apply to that transaction. Coins are credited only after Google confirms the purchase to our servers. Purchases are final except where Google's refund policy or the law says otherwise.
5. What you must not do
- Use bots, emulators, scripts, modified clients or any automation to earn coins or deliver views.
- Hold multiple accounts, or coordinate accounts, to inflate earnings.
- Promote content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, misleading, or that you do not have the right to promote.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, and forfeit its coin balance.
6. What we do not promise
Views are delivered by other users, so we cannot guarantee how quickly a campaign is fulfilled, or that it will be fulfilled at all. We do not control YouTube and do not guarantee that a view delivered through yBoost will be counted, retained or reported by YouTube.
7. YouTube's own rules
yBoost plays videos from YouTube, and your use of those videos is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of yBoost is consistent with the rules of any platform you promote on. If a platform's rules and these terms conflict, do not use yBoost for that purpose.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of yBoost, including the coin economy, at any time. We will give notice in the app where we reasonably can.
9. Liability
yBoost is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or loss of channel standing arising from your use of the service.
